Free is a genuine forever-free journal: manual CSV import, unlimited trades, the core dashboard and one Sage message a day. Pro (£12.50/mo or £100/year through 30 September) unlocks automatic read-only broker sync across five accounts, unlimited playbooks and 50 Sage messages a day. Ultimate (£23/mo or £200/year through 30 September) raises those ceilings: unlimited broker accounts, 200 Sage messages a day and a larger daily AI budget. The Charts workspace is available in beta with delayed T+1 US-equity history, and ReLive session replay is included on both paid plans; Rapid Scan is coming soon. Broker sync is a read-only connection — Leaf Edge can see your trades and balances to keep your journal current, but it can never place orders or move money. It's handled by our partner SnapTrade and included on Pro and Ultimate; the Free plan imports via CSV instead. No. The Free plan is genuinely free forever and needs no card — sign up and start journaling in minutes. You'd only add a card when you choose to upgrade to Pro or Ultimate, and even then you're covered by our money-back guarantee.

Always. We hope you love Leaf Edge as much as we do — but if you're not satisfied, just contact us and we'll provide a refund, happily — we won't ask why. It isn't limited to your first few days: if you want to leave partway through a billing period, we'll pro-rata the time remaining. A small £2.50 processing fee is retained to cover non-recoverable third-party costs.

Yes — you're never locked in. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your billing settings. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop back to the Free plan. Your journal and history always stay with you.

Yes. Your trades and notes are yours, and we never sell your data. Everything is encrypted in transit, broker connections are strictly read-only, and you can export or permanently delete your data at any time from your settings. We're a UK company and handle your data under UK GDPR.
