Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 25, 2026

Love it, or your money back — any time

We hope you love Leaf Edge as much as we do! But if you're ever not satisfied, just contact us and we'll provide a refund, happily — we won't ask why. Within 14 days of your first payment we refund it in full, with no fee. After that we refund the unused period pro-rata, less a £2.50 processing fee (below).

Try before you pay

Leaf Edge has a permanent Free tier, so you can use the core product without paying anything. We'd always suggest trying it first — but if you upgrade and change your mind, you're covered.

Your first 14 days

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment for a new Pro or Ultimate plan, we refund that payment in full. No processing fee and no deduction for the days you used. This is how we honour your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. A full refund ends your paid access straight away and moves you back to the Free plan.

Our guarantee

If you're on a paid plan (Pro or Ultimate) and decide it isn't for you, contact us and we'll sort out a refund — we won't ask why. This isn't limited to your first few days: you can ask any time. If you're partway through a billing period, we'll pro-rata the time remaining and refund that, so you only ever pay for what you've used.

Processing fee

After your first 14 days, we retain a small £2.50 processing fee from refunds. This covers third-party costs we incur and cannot recover, including payment-processing fees and, if you connected a brokerage during your subscription, the one-time broker-connection fee charged by our data partner. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount.

Founding Member pass

A Founding Member pass is a one-time purchase: you pay once and hold Pro for the life of Leaf Edge. Within 14 days of your first payment we refund it in full, with no fee, and the pass ends. After 14 days a pass cannot be refunded, because there is no unused period to pro-rate; your Pro simply continues. If Leaf Edge ever closes, founders get 90 days' notice and a full export of their data.

Cancelling

If your receipt says "Sold through Onelink", you can also request payment support and refunds through Onelink support. Onelink handles those requests under its terms. Our £2.50 processing fee does not restrict refunds Onelink provides or your statutory rights.

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You'll keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move back to the Free plan — your journal and history always stay with you. If you'd prefer a pro-rata refund for the remaining time instead of keeping access, just ask.

How to request a refund

Email us via the contact page from the address on your account, and we'll process it promptly.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
